S8.2.6 · Low connectivity
Drop-off centers issue and redeem paper tickets for workers who cannot assume smartphone or data access. In-person verification stands in for app confirmation — the same job pool, on paper.
Flow
01
Drop-off centers print a ticket after accept — the serial is the credential. The ticket lists a collect location from the claimable job pool (S4.4), not a parallel dispatch system.
02
Worker keeps the physical ticket, collects material, and returns with both. In-person verification stands in for app Sighting confirmation when phones or data cannot be assumed.
03
Center redeems the ticket in person and marks it used. Payout follows local rails — the mobile app may show status when online; it never replaces the paper credential.
Why it exists
Corpus S8.2.6: designed for Burkina Faso and any low-connectivity population — including Houston Ground Force workers without a working phone. Not international-only.
Tickets are the physical form of the claimable job pool. No second economy, no app-only bypass of weigh / diversion evidence.
Redemption is for verified work. Ticket rails do not invent securities marketing or browser-side carbon math.
